Library play a dynamic role in boosting users’ academic and professional development by providing them with plethora of study material and also increases orientation towards research, inculcate life skills and bring awareness to social & political events.
The J.N.N LIBRARY is spread across 1200 sq. ft. There are various sections such as Reference Section, Reading Room, Circulation Section, and Digital Library. The Library has vast collections of Books, Journals, Electronic Journals, Online Database, Magazines, and CDs & DVDs for the branches Biochemistry, Computer Science, Commerce, and Literature. It also has a lot of collections on Personality Development and Placement & Training.

LIBRARY RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Users should maintain silence
- Mobile Phones are not permitted in the library premises.
- ID card is mandatory for library access and usage.
- Users should sign in the Electronic Gate Entry Register.
- Furniture should not be disturbed from the actual position.
- Users are not allowed to bring non library materials inside the library hall and they should keep the belongings outside the library.
- Users should follow library rules and regulations and co-operate with library staff.
- Only 6 books will be issued for 30days
- Users should return the library resources in time without mutilating, disfiguring of pages of resources by ink (or) pencil marks.
- Lost or damaged books should be replaced at your cost.
- Fine of Rs.2 will be collected per day when the book is returned or renewed after the due date.
- Reference Books are not allowed out the library.
- Digital Library can be used only for academic purpose such as downloading E-Journals, Articles and browsing of important resources.
Integrated Library Management System (ILMS)

Student E-Gate
- Library users login to the Library through e-gate at the entrance of the Library by scanning their ID cards and log out while exiting from the Library. Reports will be generated on the usage of the Library.

Current Awareness Service (CAS)
Announcement of the various institution regarding seminar, workshop and conferences etc will be displayed (Library Notice Board). Photocopies of the articles published by the faculty/users in various periodicals will be displayed and also send as e-mail to faculty, student and other staff in the name of News Paper Clippings.
Inter Library Loan (ILL)
Books (not available with us) may be obtained from other libraries on request. The institution is a Member in Developing Library Network (DELNET).
OPAC
The entire Library collection including books, journals, etc. can be searched through the web enabled Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC). Users can access the OPAC to find out the real-time availability of library materials from their own computer terminals. Reference and Information Services
The library maintains a separate reference collection consisting of encyclopaedias, dictionaries, handbooks, technical data, and CD-Rom etc. Reference books are marked by REFERENCE ONLY. Readers may approach the circulation section for information
Interaction Service
This is an e-mail service which enhances the interaction between the user and the library. Reminder will be given to return the long due library material.
Library Orientation
Central Library offers the orientation program to the users and others in the beginning of every academic year. Through this program, an effort is made to familiarize with the resources, services, and facilities offered by Central Library and its policies to use the same.
